Andrew joined Deutsche Bank in 2006 as Head of CEMA M&A and has recently been appointed as Deputy Head of Global Banking in Russia. Prior to this he was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch leading M&A practice in the CEEMEA region. Andrew has over 10 years of M&A investment banking experience. He has been involved in a wide range of M&A assignments across different industries. Some of his transactions include: purchase of PIT by Heineken, sale of Bank Aval in Ukraine, purchase of Czech Telecom by Telefonica, sale of ElcoBrandt to Fagor.

Andrew Chulack holds a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
