Bozena joined Deutsche Bank in 1998. She is responsible for the depositary receipts business in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Bozena held a number of positions in investment management and capital markets, including funds management at Neuberger & Berman, a New York based investment Management Company and Capital Investment Advisory to the Polish Agency for Foreign Investments. Bozena has an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University Stern Graduate Business School. She also holds an MA from Wroclaw University, Poland.
