Olga Khoroshylova is a Partner of Magister & Partners’ Banking & Finance Practice, advising international and Ukrainian clients, Ukrainian municipalities and state bodies on all aspects of capital raising and financial operations including syndicated lending, Eurobond and other debt capital markets instruments, initial public offerings, commodity and structured finance, and public private partnerships.
Olga has particular experience in all aspects of sovereign borrowings on Eurobond and other offerings on the international markets, having advised on every bond offering completed by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine since 2002, and on every capital markets and lending transaction guaranteed by the State of Ukraine.
In addition to her work in banking and finance, Olga has extensive experience in Ukrainian oil and gas law, having advised on production sharing agreements, licensing and contractor service agreements to Ukrainian clients.
