Oleg Spika has extensive experience of working in the insurance and banking businesses. He occupied top management positions in the commercial bank “Privatbank”, JSB “Credit-Dnipro”, CJSC “Holding Company “TEKO-Dneprometiz”, ministry of Finance of Ukraine, CJSC “Ukraine”.

He occupied top management positions in the commercial bank “Privatbank”, JSB “Credit-Dnipro”, CJSC “Holding Company “TEKO-Dneprometiz”, ministry of Finance of Ukraine, CJSC “Ukrainian insurance group”. In 2004 Mr.Spilka has been appointed Chairman of the Boad of NJSIC Oranta. From January 2008 – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company and the Head of insurance assets of majority shareholders. During his 3 years of working for Oranta, insurance premiums grew more than 4 times.
