State institution “Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency” (the Agency) has been created in 1998 under the State Stock Market and Securities Exchange Commission (SSMSEC), aimed at providing organizational, technical and resource support that ensures SSMSEC’s effective performance of its functions on regulating securities markets and market infrastructure development in Ukraine.

One of the main fields of the Agency’s activity is the support of Information Disclosure System on the stock market of Ukraine.

The Agency has received the authorization from SSMSEC on disclosing the information on securities issuers in the common access SSMSEC database about securities market — www.stockmarket.gov.ua
