Jaroslav Hobta began his career in L’viv, where he graduated from Ivan Franko L’viv State University, Journalism Department. He continued as a press-secretary of the Head of The State Property Fund of Ukraine, and the Director of Press Service of this organization. He was a Deputy Chief of The Center of the Ukrainian Law Development; than he led civil society organization “The Center “Society”. Jaroslav took part in drafting laws on ecological programmes, administrative reform, tax and regulative innovations, and the organization of public discussions. He managed the projects of international and European organizations, and ran large international information projects.

In 2000 Mr. Hobta established one of the first PR-agencies in Ukraine. In the capacity its President, he performs strategic management of the company and strategic consulting of its clients.
