Their can be seen a serious interest of foreign and Ukrainian stock market participants concerning IPO-market development. The number of the representatives of international exchanges, which visited Ukraine at first time, proves this statement. We consider the current state of international markets’ to be positive: although world financial crisis decreased the rate of growth, it can not stop the development of IPO-market completely
